This website describes Reddit marketing and community-support services for brands and organizations, including crypto projects. Its content is general information and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
Plans, prices and enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Website plan prices describe standard monthly scopes. Availability, deliverables, timing, payment terms, cancellation terms and any project-specific conditions are confirmed in a separate written agreement before paid work begins.
No guaranteed outcomes
Community response, votes, reach, rankings, traffic, conversions and content survival are not guaranteed. Platform and community moderators control their own rules and enforcement.
Acceptable projects
We may decline any project or request that conflicts with platform rules, applicable law or our operating standards.
Client information and approvals
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, identifying material risks and confirming that approved claims can be supported. Approval does not override platform rules, moderator decisions or legal requirements.
Campaign accounts
ReplyMatter owns and manages the accounts used to carry out campaign work. Account ownership, credentials and login access are not transferred to clients unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding and original visual materials may not be copied or republished without permission, except where applicable law permits it.
Third-party platforms
Reddit, X, Telegram and Discord are independent platforms. Their names belong to their respective owners. This website does not claim sponsorship or endorsement by those platforms.
