Privacy policy
This policy explains how information submitted through the ReplyMatter website is handled.
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, the website collects your name, work email, company or project name, optional website address, project type, selected plan and the information you include in your message.
Technical data used for form security
The server temporarily processes your IP address to limit repeated form requests and protect the form from abuse. The IP address is not included in the saved enquiry record.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review your request, respond to you and prepare a proposed scope. It is not sold or used to create advertising profiles.
How submissions are delivered and stored
The contact form sends your submission to the website server. When an external form destination is configured, the server forwards the submission to that provider. Otherwise, it writes the submission to private server-side storage. The website host and any configured form provider may process the information needed to operate those services.
Cookies and website analytics
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or visitor-analytics scripts. Essential technical logs may still be created by the website host as part of operating and securing the service.
Retention
The website does not apply an automatic deletion period to submitted enquiries. A submission remains in its configured storage until it is deleted. You may ask for deletion through the contact page.
Access, correction and deletion
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted by sending a request through the contact page. Enough detail may be requested to identify the relevant submission.
Changes to this policy
This page may be updated when the website, its providers or its information-handling practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest revision.
